Kathy Lynn Honaker is an author, inspirational speaker, life-change expert and business consultant. She has served in leadership positions in the public and private sectors for more than 25 years. She contributed to the development of leaders and frontline employees in her capacity as the head of a division of a Fortune 100 company based in the Chicago area.

Currently she lives in New Orleans, where she writes and does business communication and community development consulting. She is quickly becoming recognized internationally as one of today’s most effective and most requested inspirational speakers.

Kathy Lynn is passionate - the very definition of a “mover and shaker.” She is deeply involved in the New Orleans community, helping to rebuild businesses and neighborhoods post-Katrina. She loves animals and is an active advisory board member of the LA/SPCA. Kathy was recognized for her leadership as one of the Women of the Year post-Katrina for the New Orleans area. She has also been recognized by the French Quarter Business Women’s Network for her love and dedication to the French Quarter neighborhood where she owns a home.
